Job Position – Waiter/Waitress

Salary: Depending on Experience
1- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
2- Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, specials, and promotions.
3- Respond to customer inquiries and make menu recommendations based on preferences.
4- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
5- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
6- Ensure table settings are clean and properly arranged.
7- Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and courteously.
8- Clear and clean tables after customers leave.
9- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and follow health and safety guidelines.
10- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
11- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
1- Prior experience in a similar role or the hospitality industry.
2- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
3- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
