Job Position – Welfare Officer
Company Name – Minar Holdings
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary : AED 5,500/- per month
Hiring for a responsible and proactive to support employee welfare and maintain a positive working and living environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle and follow up on employee grievances and welfare concerns.
Plan and coordinate employee engagement and activity programs.
Monitor employee accommodation and welfare facilities.
Supervise and control housekeeping activities.
Coordinate with HR and other departments on employee welfare matters.
Maintain proper welfare records and reports.
Candidates with relevant UAE experience in employee welfare, accommodation management, or HR support will be preferred.
