Job Position – Windows Administrator L3
Company Name – Intertec Systems
Location: Dubai
Exp: 10+yrs
-Proficient working Experience troubleshooting issues with Windows OS (Win server 2003–2022) and desktops (Win 10 and above)
-Proficient in AD management
-Proficient in O365 and MS Exchange server management, both on-prem and Azure
-Hands-on experience with Azure cloud (Certification preferred)
-Proficient working Experience with SEPM (Symantec Endpoint Protection) and sound knowledge of IOCs and Hashes
-Strong knowledge of managing VMs through Vcenter and managing data stores.
-Hands-on with Windows server migration and DR tools like SRM and Recovery Point
-Good understanding of windows hardening policies, policy compliance and VA
-PAM Management
-Manage Server patching using patching tools
-Performing accurate RCAs for all incidents being reported.
-Knowledge of ITIL process, project management, and ITSM Tools
-Strong customer service ethos. Ability to work 24/7 support
