Job Position – Accounting Head / Team Lead
Location: Bur Dubai, Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 8,000 – AED 10,000 per month
To manage client accounting operations and lead a small team. The candidate will be responsible for handling multiple client accounts, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee accounting services for multiple clients.
Lead and supervise the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate work.
Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards, VAT regulations, and company policies.
Coordinate directly with clients to understand requirements and provide financial insights.
Monitor deadlines for VAT filings, audits, and financial reporting.
Support business growth by maintaining strong client relationships.
Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in an accounting/consulting firm.
Experience handling client accounting and team management.
Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and financial reporting.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong communication and client management skills.
