Job Position – Admin Assistant
Company Name – Reach Group
-Prepare necessary documentation needed for the meetings by coordinating with the relevant teams (through CEO’s Office).
-Coordinate the logistics of the meeting and inform the participants.
-Capture proceedings of the meeting, record and highlight key points, decisions taken and action points; sign and send out formal communication and correspondences to the relevant parties.
-Prepare summary reports on the planned action points/queries etc. for the next meeting.
-Ensure timely provision of all the data, information, schedules, and reports to the Board.
-Ensure timely response to any queries and action points identified in the meetings.
Contract Duration: 6 Months renewable contract
Languages: Bilingual (Arabic-English) preferred
