Job Summary:
The Administrative Support & Coordination Consultant will provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to ensure efficient office operations.
The role involves document management, meeting coordination, report preparation, and supporting departmental activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to department management.
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Maintain records, documentation, and filing systems.
Coordinate communication between departments.
Track action items and follow up on deliverables.
Assist in preparing administrative studies and recommendations.
Support procurement and contract documentation processes.
Ensure compliance with organizational procedures.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
3–5 years of administrative or coordination experience.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Fluency in Arabic and English is Mandatory
