Job Position – Assistant Manager – Contracts & Administration

Looking for a skilled professional with 5+ years of experience in contract management and administration within the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
– Contract drafting, review, negotiation & administration
– Tendering, bidding & commercial documentation support
– Contract performance monitoring, claims & compliance management
– Coordination with legal, finance, procurement & project teams
– Documentation control, project reporting & administrative support
– Follow-up on invoices, approvals, payments & project deliverables
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
– Strong knowledge of construction contracts & project documentation
– Excellent communication, negotiation & organizational skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office & document management systems
