Major Responsibilities

 

  • Ensure the individual outlet is run to the specified service levels and KPIs, Customer & Employee Satisfaction and HSSE.
  • Ensure all outlet staff are trained and up to date with full knowledge of all company services, products and menu items to successfully deliver them to all customers.
  • Continually look at understanding evolving customer requirements and build relationships with regular customers. Attend to guest special requirements.
  • Ensure all outlet marketing promotions and activities are coordinated smoothly with other departments and are implement successfully.
  • Ensure all reports are completed and submitted on time as required.
  • Work closely with outlet manager and staff to promote positive teamwork to run an efficient operation.
  • Complete HR duties as requested in line with staff scheduling, personal development, performance reviews and positive teamwork.
  • Oversee that all staff have been provide the tools to carry out their job to ensure high standards of service in line with jtg operating procedures and standards.
  • Regular inspection of outlet and relevant equipment to ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures to ensure adherence to all government and regulatory requirements in food safety, hygiene, and equipment maintenance.
  • Ensure all daily cash handling duties and procedures are strictly adhered to, resulting in accurate reporting of the day-to-day operational revenue and costs.

 

Qualifications & Desired Skills

 

  • Atleast 2-3 years in the hospitality business; hotel or restaurant qualification preferable
  • Food Industry Customer Service background and qualifications
  • Essential Knowledge of the Internet, MS Office and Email
  • Strong communication skills in English both verbal and written
  • Restaurant Service, Supervisory Skills, and basic Cash Handling experience is essential
  • Personable individual with an astute mind, approachable and goal driven. Ability to engage, motivate and lead a multi-racial/cultural team with aligned goal setting
