Job Position – Assistant Restaurant Manager

For a chef-owned, independent all-day dining restaurant in Dubai, one of the city’s most talked-about recent openings.
You will deputise for the Restaurant Manager, lead the front-of-house team on shift and own a busy walk-in queue and waitlist.
The package is AED 12,000 per month all-inclusive on a 5-day week, with medical insurance, an annual flight and 30 days of leave.
The key requirement is proven experience running a host stand and waitlist in a high-demand, no-reservations venue, with at least 2 years as a supervisor or assistant manager.
