Job Position – Business Development Executive

Location : Dubai | Onsite
To grow client portfolio and drive revenue in workforce outsourcing and HR solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
-Generate new business through outreach and networking.
-Manage full sales cycle from lead to closure.
-Build relationships with HR and Procurement leaders.
-Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
-Maintain CRM pipeline and sales reports.
Requirements:
-3–5 years in B2B sales or business development.
-Mandatory experience in staffing/manpower/HR solutions.
-Strong communication and negotiation skills.
-CRM proficiency.
-Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
