Job Position – Business Development Manager
Company Name – S Hotel Group
The primary focus of the role will be to acquire and onboard new Holiday Home units, build strong relationships with property owners, landlords, investors and brokers, and achieve monthly and annual portfolio-growth and revenue targets.
We are looking for candidates with:
-3–5 years of UAE Business Development experience
-Proven experience in new business acquisition and achieving targets
-Experience in Holiday Homes / Property Management
-Short-Term Rentals or Real Estate experience is highly preferred
-Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills
