Job Position – Business Development Specialist
Company Name – Simex Group
To join workshop garage team.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, automotive technology, or a related field.
-At least 3 years of proven work experience as a Business Development Specialist or a similar role in the automotive repair industry.
-Strong understanding of automotive repair processes, industry dynamics, customer pain points, and insurance services.
-Can able to join immediately
-Arabic speaker (Bilingual is a must)
-With a valid Qatar driver’s license
-With transferable visa/ with NOC is a must
-Salary will be discussed during the interview
The recruitment cycle will go through the below selection phases:
1) Human Resources Test
2) 2 interviews (Technical and Behavioral)
