Job Position – Business Finance Manager
Company Name – Arla Foods
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-Time (Morning Shift)
Salary: AED 12,000 – 13,000 per month
Experience Required: 3+ Years
Hiring to manage budgeting, financial reporting, accounting operations, and financial analysis within a global dairy and food organization in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
-Financial Planning & Budgeting
-Prepare and manage annual budgets
-Monitor performance against financial targets
-Analyze variances and recommend improvements
General Ledger Management
-Supervise accounting entries and classifications
-Ensure monthly reconciliations are completed
-Maintain accurate financial records
Financial Reporting & Analysis
-Prepare Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow statements
-Ensure IFRS and UAE compliance
-Deliver accurate reports for decision-making
Cost & Performance Monitoring
-Track financial performance across departments
-Support cost optimization initiatives
-Improve operational financial efficiency
Requirements
-3+ years of finance/accounting experience
-Strong knowledge of IFRS & UAE VAT regulations
-Experience in budgeting and financial reporting
-ACCA / CPA / equivalent certification preferred
-ERP/accounting system proficiency
-Food & beverage industry experience is a plus
-Strong analytical and leadership skills
