A luxury 5-star hotel in Dubai is looking for a skilled Butcher to join our Culinary team.
Requirements:
– Minimum 2 years of experience in a 4star or 5star hotel or fine dining establishment.
– Skilled in cutting, trimming, portioning, and preparing beef, lamb, poultry, and seafood.
– Good knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
– Ability to maintain high quality and consistency.
– Team player with a positive attitude.
– Immediate availability is an advantage.
