Job Position – Call Center Agent

Location: Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, addressing customer inquiries and concerns regarding real estate properties.
Provide accurate information about available properties, pricing, and terms.
Assist customers in scheduling property viewings and appointments with real estate agents.
Maintain a high level of customer service satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and effectively.
Update customer records and databases accurately.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a call center or customer service role.
Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills and customer-centric approach.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with real estate terminology and procedures preferred.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Salary: AED 5000 – 6000 per month
