Job Position – CCTV Engineer
Location: Qatar
Certification Required: MMUP – UPDA
Salary: QAR 5,000 – 6,500
REQUIREMENTS
– Minimum 3 years of experience managing and executing CCTV and low-current system projects.
– Strong knowledge of MOI-SSD standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.
– Hands-on experience with IP-based CCTV systems: installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and commissioning.
– Proficiency in network troubleshooting: switches, routers, VLANs, fiber connections, and IDF/MDF structure.
– Experience in system maintenance (preventive and corrective) of CCTV/security systems.
– Solid understanding of network infrastructure, cabling, rack layout, patch panels, and cable management.
– Practical experience with VMS platforms (Hikvision, Dahua, Milestone, Nx Witness, Avigilon, etc.).
– Ability to prepare technical reports, site surveys, as-built documentation, and handover reports.
– Skilled in project coordination with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
– Capable of handling MOI inspections, resolving comments, and ensuring full compliance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Install, configure, test, and commission CCTV systems as per project requirements.
– Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of CCTV and security systems.
– Troubleshoot IP cameras, network issues, system failures, and connectivity problems.
– Ensure all works are in compliance with MOI-SSD standards and project specifications.
– Prepare technical documentation, reports, and as-built drawings.
– Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors for smooth project execution.
– Support MOI inspections, resolve site comments, and ensure final approval.
