Job Position – Civil Engineer

Experience: 6-8 years in the construction industry, with strong expertise in construction services for Villas, Buildings & building maintenance.
Salary: AED 6,000 – 8,000 per month (Based on experience)
The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in the construction industry and will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities, ensuring the timely and accurate execution of construction projects.
· Ensure all work is completed in compliance with relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
· Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports for management.
· You will have a strong delivery background. You will show excellent management and interpersonal skills as well as a very strong technical background and understanding of construction and commercial and contractual awareness.
· As a smart and enthusiastic Civil Construction Engineer, you will understand the complexities of a large-scale civil construction projects.
· Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless communication and progress.
· Manage and supervise site workers, ensuring efficient use of resources and addressing any challenges promptly.
· Oversee the quality control of all work performed on-site, ensuring work is done to the required specifications and standards.
· Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with construction drawings, specifications, and safety requirements.
· Prepare and maintain necessary documentation, such as site logs, incident reports, and daily progress reports.
· Resolve any on-site issues or disputes that may arise during the course of the project.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
· Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in a construction site engineering role, preferably in the UAE.
· Strong knowledge of construction procedures, safety regulations, and quality standards.
· Proficient in the use of project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Knowledge of UAE building codes and regulations is a plus.
