Job Position – Civil Site Engineer

REQUIREMENTS
– Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
– 3+ years of site supervision experience in villa projects
– Knowledge of Dubai construction regulations and standards
– UAE driving license is Must
– Knowledge in DM portals for Periodical Inspection and Reports
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Supervise construction works for villa projects at site, ensuring quality, safety and timely delivery.
– Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and clients
– Monitor progress and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and standards.
– Prepare and submit periodical reports to DM and site reprots
– Handle site related issues and ensure proper implementation of solutions
