Job Position – Concierge Agent
Company Name – Conrad Hotels
A who will be responsible for ensuring our guests receive world-class hospitality throughout their stay. As a Concierge Agent, you will provide personalized recommendations and assistance to guests, including but not limited to restaurants, transportation, and local attractions. You will also fulfill special guest requests, handle luggage, coordinate with other departments, and continually strive to exceed our guests’ expectations.
Qualifications
– Prior experience in a luxury hotel or resort, with a focus on hospitality and guest services
– Possess excellent communication skills with fluency in both written and spoken English. Additional language would be an advantage.
– Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
– An approachable and friendly demeanor with a passion for providing exceptional customer service
– Strong problem-solving abilities, creativity, and flexibility
– Awareness of local culture, attractions, and general knowledge about Abu Dhabi.
– Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as per the business demands.
– Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, tourism, or relevant fields is a plus, but not mandatory.
