Job Position – Cost Controller

To join a reputable licensed restaurant group in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional who is passionate about accuracy, efficiency, and operational excellence.
Requirements
Currently working as a Cost Controller in the UAE, specifically within a licensed restaurant or restaurant group
Strong communication skills in English
Solid experience in menu engineering & cost analysis
Proven track record in daily cost monitoring
Expertise in inventory management, usage tracking, and variance reporting
Flexibility to support Purchasing, Receiving, and Storekeeping during staff leave periods
Candidates who can join fairly soon would have an advantage
Must be based in the UAE and available for in-person interviews
Benefits
AED 9,000 – 13,000 (based on experience and outcome interview)
Visa provided
Medical insurance
30 days annual leave + public holidays
2 days off per week ( will be required to work in the weekend or PH for month end closing if needed)
Ticket home every two years
