Ladies Customer service /receptionist
-Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
-Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
-Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
-Cancel or upgrade accounts.
-Advise on company information.
-Take payment information and other pertinent .
-willing to answers numbers of calls
-willing to work in different shifts
Job location :Dubai JLT
Salary :5000 AED
2 days off per week
Visa will provide sure
