About the job

Job Responsibilities

  • Identifying and assessing a customer’s needs
  • Keeping detailed records of customer interactions
  • Following your company’s communication procedures and policies
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Duties will be sales of Etisalat Products like Postpaid, Prepaid, Handsets, Elife, Accessories and other services
  • Complaints, requests and Enquiries handling
  • Etisalat Customer Service Representative will be deployed in Etisalat Branded Franchise Stores

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors Degree / Diploma

Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Comfortable using computers.

Experience working 1 year with Sales.

Age – 20 to 30 Year

Preferably Female Candidates
