About the job

To provide Technical Support to customers delivering the highest of quality responses within agreed time frames. To create test schedules, plans and reports for new and existing products manufactured by the company.

Job profile :

•Software/hardware installation & configuration at customer site or by online. •Troubleshooting hardware & software issues •Networking configuration •Respond in timely manner to support calls •Provides timely solution of issues & inquiries •Provide Software training to clients

The candidate should meet following criteria’s :

•Fresh graduate for technical support role.

•Proven experience in networking , Windows Installation & Trouble shooting

•Strong problem-solving skills & excellent communication skills

Education: Computer Science Major

Arabic speakers only.

Location – Sharjah

Working hours – Saturday to Thursday

Job Type: Full-time
