Job Position – Data Center Operator
Company Name – Techss
Location: Abu Dhabi
-Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or a related field.
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in data center support.
-Proficient in Windows, Linux, and Unix operating systems.
-Proficient IN MONITORING TOOL Manage engine APM/OPM.
-Strong knowledge of backup and restore procedures. Proficiency in using
DELL Data Domain and HP Data Protector.
-Experience in network monitoring and troubleshooting.
-Experience in server monitoring and troubleshooting.
-Experience in datacenter facility monitoring and troubleshooting.
-Service desk handling skills with excellent customer service.
-Familiarity with Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) tools.
Proactive problem-solving abilities
-Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as
needed
