2 Position (Mercato Mall)
– Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion control, and quality standards.
– Ensure all mise en place is ready before service.
– Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the section at all times.
– Assist in training and guiding Commis chefs.
– Work collectively with the team to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
