Job Position – Desktop Support

Salary – AED 3000- 3500
Experience on Operating System – How to install, configure
Knowledge on ITIL is must
Basic Application – How to tackle issues in Excel, Power Point, Word?
Experience in resolve issues related to Email/Teams/Outlook/Zoom
Knowledge on Problem vs Service Request
Knowledge on Incident and Problem
Experience related to Network/Hacking
Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners
Knowledge of O365 Setup and Support
Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs
Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
Customer-oriented attitude
BSc/BE/BTech/3 Years Diploma in Computer Science/IT or relevant field
UAE driving License is an added advantage.
