The ideal candidate will oversee the online marketing strategy for the organization by planning and executing digital marketing campaigns. This candidate will launch advertisements and create content to increase brand awareness. This candidate will have previous marketing experience and be able to monitor the company’s social media presence.
Job Responsibilities for Digital Marketing Specialist For Real Estate Company:
- Planning, developing, implementing, and managing the overall digital marketing strategy.
- Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Designs, build, and maintain our website & social media presence.
- Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.
- Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Plans. execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
- Creating & managing all paid advertising campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram etc.
Qualifications for Digital Marketing Specialist:
- 3+ years of experience in real estate digital marketing is a must
- Knowledge of the real estate market is a must
- Google Certified AdWords Professional
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
- Experience in executing paid social media campaigns
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business
- Knowledge of video and picture editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After effects, etc…
- Incredible attention to detail
- Full understanding of all social media platforms
- Problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of content management systems like WordPress
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Web Trends, SEMrush, etc.)
- Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraint
