Key Responsibilities:

– Quality Assurance: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout the hotel, ensuring that guest rooms, public areas, and facilities meet or exceed guest expectations.
– Inventory Management: Manage housekeeping supplies and equipment, ensuring efficient utilization and cost control.
– Guest Satisfaction: Monitor guest feedback and promptly address any concerns or requests related to housekeeping services.
– Budgeting: Develop and manage the department’s budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource allocation.
– Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
– Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in housekeeping to enhance service quality and efficiency.
