Job Position – Draftsman
Company Name – AL Ghaith Properties LLC
Location: UAE
We are urgently looking for a Landscape Draftsman with hands-on experience in landscape, swimming pool design, and 3D modeling. The ideal candidate must have at least 4 years of UAE experience and be available to join immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
– Prepare detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings for landscape, swimming pool, and irrigation projects
– Create shop drawings, as-built drawings, and planting/irrigation/pool layouts
– Develop 3D visual presentations using software such as SketchUp, Lumion, or Revit
– Assist in designing decorative structures for landscaping projects
– Coordinate with engineers and site teams to ensure accuracy and timely execution
– Update drawings based on site modifications, consultant feedback, and authority requirements
– Support documentation for municipal approvals (Dubai Municipality, DDA, etc.)
– Maintain organized and up-to-date project files and CAD standards
Requirements:
– Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or Landscape Architecture
– Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in landscape and swimming pool drafting
– Strong in AutoCAD 2D; proficient in 3D software (SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, etc.)
– Knowledge of hardscape, softscape, irrigation, and swimming pool detailing
– Knowledge of MEP work is a plus
– Familiarity with municipal approval processes in the UAE
– Strong communication, coordination, and time management skills
