Job Position – Electrical Technician – Protection

Key Requirements
Secondary education with 2 years of formal electrical trade training or equivalent.
Minimum 6 years of relevant electrical maintenance and repair experience, preferably in Oil & Gas.
Experience working with electrical protection systems and equipment.
Hands-on experience with generators, motors, transformers, MCCs, switchgear, UPS and associated electrical equipment.
Experience in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, testing and commissioning.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and manuals.
Good knowledge of electrical testing equipment and safe working practices.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Experience in Oil & Gas facilities/stations will be an advantage.
