Job Position – Elevator project Engineer

Requirements:
– Bachelor of Engineering or Technology
– Minimum 5 years with high-rise experience
– Arabic Nationality
Job brief description:
– Recognize the scope for key projects, plan a baseline schedule, and execute accordingly based on the signed contract, drawings, and official meetings
– Manage and strengthen good relationships with the clients/ contractors/ consultants of each project.
– Plan, assign, and monitor the required resources for a proper project execution.
– Apply random quality tests during the execution phase according to the mechanical and electrical drawings.
– Report any material defects and communicate with the related parties to close it.
– Provide technical support and solve the technical challenges in a timely manner
– Maintain proper documentation for all the projects technically and commercially.
– Raising the claims or Trouble reports to factory for any material/technical issues.
