Job Position – English & Hindi Language Trainer

To enhance the communication skills of our employees. The trainer will be responsible for conducting engaging sessions focused on improving fluency, comprehension, vocabulary, pronunciation, and overall language confidence in both English and Hindi. The goal is to support professional communication and language development in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
– Design and deliver customized language training programs in English and Hindi for employees across different levels.
– Conduct interactive group sessions and one-on-one coaching, focusing on speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
– Assess learners’ current language proficiency and develop tailored learning plans.
– Monitor progress and provide regular feedback and evaluations.
Use various teaching tools and digital platforms to enhance the learning experience.
– Collaborate with HR and team leaders to identify language training needs and goals.
– Encourage a positive and motivating learning environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education,English,Hindi or a related field.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Hindi.
Preferred Attributes:
– Experience working in a corporate or professional training environment.
– Flexibility to conduct sessions across different shifts or departments.
– Patient, approachable, and goal-oriented mindset.
Own Visa is preferred.
