Job Position – Executive Housekeeper

As Executive Housekeeper, you will lead Housekeeping across our 235 guest rooms and suites and public areas — setting standards, developing people, and managing the department as a business.
What you will lead
– Day-to-day Housekeeping operations, inspections and room readiness to Wyndham and hotel standards
– A multicultural team — coaching supervisors, building accountability and growing talent
– Guest experience recovery from feedback, reviews and recurring issues
– Manpower, linen, supplies, chemicals, equipment and departmental costs
– Close partnership with Front Office and Engineering
What we need
– Minimum 4 years’ senior Housekeeping leadership (Executive Housekeeper or equivalent) in a full-service hotel
– Proven responsibility for at least 200 rooms (this property has 235)
– Strong knowledge of guest-room cleaning, public areas, inspection, linen management and quality assurance
– Experience leading and developing a sizeable multicultural team
– Hands-on, visible leadership with excellent attention to detail
– Available to start immediately or within 20 days
– UAE hotel experience preferred
