Job Position – Executive Sales Agents

Job Description:
– Actively engage with clients to understand their property requirements and provide tailored solutions.
– Actively prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, and lead generation
– Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
– Conducted property viewings and negotiations and close deals efficiently.
– Stay updated on market trends, new developments, and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
– Guide clients through the entire process of purchasing off-plan property, including initial deposits, payment plans, and contracts.
– Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all transactions
– Provide ongoing assistance to clients after the purchase, including updates on the progress of the property development and addressing any issues that arise.
– Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to the team leader
– Maintain up-to-date client records using the CRM software
Job specification:
– High School Diploma or equivalent
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Patient listening skills and should be able to handle high-pressure situations
– Driver’s license is preferred
– Presenting offers and negotiating sales.
– Understanding local market trends, and property values
