Job Position – Facilities Manager
Company Name – Al Bonian FM
Join our facilities Management team.
Location : UAE
Requirements:
-Must have in-depth knowledge and experience of FM functions, in Particular Hard Services.
-Strong analytical and communication skills.
-FM industry knowledge is mandatory.
-Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
-10 years’ experience with at least 5 years as a Facilities Manager in UAE.
-Driving license is mandatory.
Key responsibilities:
-Proven ability to deliver FM services and maintain client satisfaction under pressure.
-Managed building operations and maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
-Ensured compliance with HSE regulations and emergency preparedness requirements.
-Managed vendors and contractors for maintenance, security, and cleaning services.
-Controlled budgets, monitored costs, and achieved KPI and P&L targets.
-Developed strategies for facility improvement, sustainability, and energy efficiency.
