Job Position – F&B Manager

Company Name – Century Marina Hotel, Lusail

Century Marina Hotel, Lusail is seeking an experienced and results-driven Food & Beverage Manager to join our hospitality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall Food & Beverage operation, ensuring exceptional service standards, guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and strong departmental performance.

Key Responsibilities
– Lead and manage the day-to-day F&B operations
– Ensure consistent service quality and compliance with hotel standards
– Lead, coach, and develop the F&B team
– Monitor departmental revenue, costs, and overall performance
– Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health standards
– Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations
– Drive guest satisfaction and continuously improve F&B service standards

Candidate Profile
– Proven experience in a similar F&B management position within a hotel or hospitality environment
– Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills
– Sound knowledge of F&B operations, cost control, and service standards
– Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced hospitality environment
– Must be currently based in Qatar and available with a valid NOC
