Job Position – F&B Waiter

RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Greet and escort guests to their tables in a professional and friendly manner.
– Present menus, provide detailed information when asked, and make recommendations upon request.
– Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring correct presentation and temperature.
– Check guest satisfaction and promptly handle any complaints or special requests.
– Assist in setting up and clearing tables, buffets, and banquet functions as required.
– Follow proper cash handling procedures and ensure accurate billing.
QUALIFICATIONS:
– Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a 4 or 5-star hotel or fine dining restaurant.
– Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
– Attention to detail with a high level of customer service.
– Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
– Basic knowledge of POS systems and billing procedures.
– Professional appearance and grooming standards in line with 5-star hospitality.
