Job Position – Finance Manager / Senior Accountant

Location : Dubai Silicon Oasis – Dubai
To lead the company’s financial operations and strengthen financial control across the business.
The role combines hands-on accounting, financial reporting, project profitability monitoring, and cash flow management, supporting operations in smart building systems, ELV infrastructure, and technical maintenance services.
Key Responsibilities
-Manage the full accounting cycle (GL, AP, AR, bank reconciliation)
-Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
-Monitor project costs, profitability, and operational expenses
-Track receivables, collections, and cash flow position
-Maintain and improve financial processes using Odoo ERP
Requirements
-5–8 years accounting / finance experience
-Experience in construction, ELV, MEP, or technical contracting companies
-Previous UAE experience required
-Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations
-Odoo ERP experience is preferred
