Job Position – Fleet Coordinator
Company Name – First Box Delivery
Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee end-to-end fleet operations, ensuring maximum bike availability, uptime, and operational efficiency
– Manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to minimize breakdowns and reduce costs
– Handle fleet documentation, including registrations, insurance, renewals, and compliance with UAE regulations
– Monitor fleet performance, optimize routes, and control expenses related to fuel, fines, and repairs
– Maintain accurate fleet records and database, including vehicle status, service history, and usage
– Manage fines, violations, and impounded vehicles, and coordinate with riders to ensure full compliance
– Preference will be given to candidates with a valid UAE bike license
