The Fleet Coordinator (FC) plays a key role in raising and maintaining the rider operation’s excellence and their performance by coming up with creative learning techniques and methodologies. The FC will be continuously supervising, analyzing and optimizing the existing fleet of delivery drivers to ensure smooth fulfillment of orders.
Primary responsibilities
- Record attendance, availability, location and delivery capacity of each rider
- Track riders’ performance on an hourly basis to ensure smooth operation and compliance of rider SOPs
- Ensure any kind of special request orders (Priority, VIP user, fragile items) are delivered with care
- Facilitate site visits to continuously monitor rider performance
- Analyze and allocate riders based on the need of fulfillment
- Manage all riders’ queries, issues and resolve immediately
- Generate riders’ progress report on a daily basis
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in handling on-demand fleet riders
- Excellent supervision and training skills
- Superb clarity in communication
- Excellent organizational skills
- Problem solving, and plan execution skills
- Commercial & Technology awareness
- Must have a driving license
