ABOUT THE JOB

 

We are looking for a Front Desk and Admin Officer to join our team to manage our front office activities and support general administration.

 

 Role Accountabilities:

 

  • Effective and efficient operation of the company telephone switch board.
  • Administer the end-to-end Fonterra Visit Management process.
  • Conduct regular office inspections and liaise with the building administration on for any office repair or maintenance.
  • Liaise with building security officers on administering the entry/exit of visitors and vendors/suppliers
  • Control and monitor stationery and sundry including its inventory control.
  • Arrange courier bookings and manage courier tracking list.
  • Monitor and ensure Fire safety equipment and first side kits are up-to-date.
  • In charge of orderliness, cleanliness and sanitization of overall office premises including washrooms, meeting rooms etc
  • Support the administration of Covid-19 HSW Standards such as RTW Tracker, sanitization, social distancing, PPE etc
  • Prepare periodic and ad-hoc administrative reports request by the management including petty cash expenses, employee leave, HSW etc
  • Provide administration support for the HR team for People processes such as induction/on-boarding, Recognition etc.
  • Perform active roles in HSW, First Aide, Emergancy Response, Event Management etc teams.
  • Take a lead role in partnering and organizing Social Engagement and other company events.
  • Effectively perform various assignments related to administrative function.

ABOUT YOU

 

You would possess the following:

 

  • Diploma/certification in Administration/ Event Management
  • 3 years’ medium size office management experience
  • Customer service/hotline with consumer interface experience
  • Experience in Event planning and management
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
