Job Position – General Foreman

This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong background in roadway projects who can manage crews, coordinate daily operations, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a General Foreman or Foreman in road/highway construction
• Strong knowledge of asphalt, concrete, and earthwork operations
• Ability to lead crews and solve field issues efficiently
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
• Valid driver’s license (additional certifications a plus)
