Job Position – General Manager
Company Name – Afiniti Resorts & Residences, Modon Hospitality Group
Location – Abu Dhabi.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
– Minimum 15 years of progressive luxury hotel and resort management experience, including at least 5 years at General Manager level
– Proven experience leading a hotel or resort brand transition, rebrand or demerger from an international management company, including contractual handover, systems migration and team transition
– Deep knowledge of ultra-luxury guest expectations and service delivery
– International experience in the GCC or wider Middle East, and/or in island resort or remote luxury destinations
– Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business or a related field; an MBA is an advantage
