Job Position – Group Executive Chef

A fast-growing, multi-brand restaurant group with operations spanning dine-in, cloud kitchens, and food hall formats. As we are preparing for our next phase of expansion, we’re looking for a Group Executive Chef to lead all culinary operations across our brands.
This role is central to our kitchen success — from people to processes, and from product to performance.
What We’re Looking For:
• 15+ years of professional kitchen experience
• Minimum 7 years in a senior or group executive chef role
• Proven success in multi-brand, multi-location operations
• Experience managing culinary operations for AED 50M+ turnover (and ready to scale to AED 100M+)
• Strong grasp of kitchen systems, SOPs, food cost control, and operational efficiency
• A creative yet structured approach to menu development and innovation
• Expertise in training models, leadership development, and team culture
• Exposure to varied cuisine styles and high-volume service formats
• A hands-on, solutions-driven leader with strong communication skills
• Deep knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality control
