Job Position – Guest Relations Manager

The Role:
As Guest Relations Manager at The H Dubai, you will own the guest journey from arrival to departure and every touchpoint in between.
– Lead the Guest Relations team across arrivals, in-stay experience, and departures
– Build and maintain VIP and repeat guest profiles with genuine attention to detail
– Resolve guest concerns swiftly, professionally, and with real ownership
– Partner with Front Office, F&B, and Housekeeping to ensure a seamless guest journey
– Monitor guest feedback channels and turn insight into action
– Train and mentor the Guest Relations team on service standards and brand tone
– Represent the property during VIP arrivals and high-profile stays
What You Bring:
– 4 to 6 years in guest relations or front office, minimum 2 years in a managerial role within a luxury environment
– A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, preferred
– Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for service
– Strong problem-solving ability under pressure
– Fluency in English; additional languages are a strong advantage
– An instinct for anticipating what a guest needs before they ask
