Qualifications:
– Can join immediately (preferably on cancelled visa)
– Minimum 3–5 years experience in specialty coffee, with proven leadership in a high?volume, design?driven café.
– Expert knowledge of espresso calibration, milk texturing, manual brewing, and flavor profiling.
– Strong sensory skills and the ability to maintain taste consistency across all beverages.
– Experience training baristas in technique, service flow, and brand standards.
– Exceptional cleanliness and station discipline, aligned with The Grey’s minimalist operational style.
– Calm, composed service presence that reflects the brand’s understated luxury.
– Ability to manage inventory, ordering, and equipment maintenance with precision.
