Job Position – Head Chef
Company Name – Glee Hospitality Solutions
Retail and events space opening inside an Al Quoz warehouse, design-led, ingredient-driven, alcohol-free. Its food is rooted in the connection between India and the UAE, reinterpreted for a modern all-day menu.
The Role:
Build the opening menu from scratch.
Shape the kitchen during fit-out, then hire, train and lead the team
Run the kitchen with real commercial discipline
Who You Are:
Led a kitchen at a design-led or concept-driven venue, ideally in the GCC
Deep knowledge of UAE & Indian cuisine, with the confidence to reinterpret it
Opened a venue before and worked to UAE standards (DM, PIC, HACCP)
