Job Position – Head Chef
Company Name – Glee Hospitality Solutions
Retail and events space opening inside an Al Quoz warehouse, design-led, ingredient-driven, alcohol-free. Its food is rooted in the connection between India and the UAE, reinterpreted for a modern all-day menu.
The Role:
-Build the opening menu from scratch, all-day, seasonal, ingredient-first
-Lead the dessert, pastry and beverage programmes
-Shape the kitchen during fit-out, then hire, train and lead the team
-Run the kitchen with real commercial discipline
Who You Are:
-Led a kitchen at a design-led or concept-driven venue, ideally in the GCC
-Deep knowledge of UAE & Indian cuisine, with the confidence to reinterpret it
-Opened a venue before and worked to UAE standards (DM, PIC, HACCP)
