Job Position – Head of Islamic – Whole School

Al Salam School is seeking an exceptional Head of Islamic A & B (Whole School) to join our team starting August 2026. This is a strategic leadership role for a passionate and experienced educator with a proven track record of outstanding teaching and measurable student outcomes.
The successful candidate will have:
– A relevant Bachelor’s degree in Islamic studies
– Extensive experience teaching Islamic Studies across Secondary
– A proven record of outstanding teaching and academic results
– Competency to improve the quality of the Islamic studies curriculum provision in both Arabic and English.
– Strong leadership experience, ideally across multiple phases
– The ability to lead curriculum development, assessment design, Quraan, and quality assurance
– A clear vision for raising standards while nurturing students’ character, identity, and values
