Job Description
Recruitments / Arranging Interview/shortlisting/preparing Offer letters / Employee Onboarding/Induction & orientation/Maintaining Employee details/files, Passports / Visa Renewal notification / Leave & Attendance Records / Trade License renewal / general Office maintenance works, Purchase of furniture/fixtures at Office / Office Rental renewals / Pettycash approvals / Air ticket booking for Staff (Annual vacation ) , Management & Guests Air Tickets & hotel bookings / maintaining Office supplies and stationeries / ensuring DEWA & Etisalat Telephone bills payment on time.
Du business plan monthly bill payment and allocation of expenses to respective staff account.
Insurance : Renewals/ Additions & Deletions of Staff Medical Insurance, Workmen’s Compensation Insurance / Contractors All Risk & 3rd Party Liability Insurance / Travel Insurances / Marine Insurance for each shipments.
IT : Renewal of AMC, website hosting, domain, office 365/Arranging NOC letters, Salary certificates, experience certificates upon request/Vehicle Insurance renewal/Server room monitoring/Checking and verifying Temp labour invoices & handing over to accounts/Coordination with IT as per the requirement/Arranging all the quotations for the IT requirement and getting approval, collecting the invoices and handing over to accounts/Monthly Payroll preparation & SIF File preparation, Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management
