Job Position – HR Generalist
Company Name – Simex
Responsibilities:
-Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, conducting interviews, and facilitating orientations.
-Administer employee benefits programs and address related inquiries.
-Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
-Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and counseling.
-Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
-Knowledge of Qatar labor laws, regulations, and best practices.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
-Knowledgeable of Human Resources Management Information System
-Can join immediately
