Job Position – HR Manager

Location : Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities:
-Develop & implement HR strategies aligned with company goals
-Lead talent acquisition for remote & onsite teams
-Oversee HR policies, compliance & employee relations
-Manage compensation, benefits & performance programs
-Champion culture, well-being & engagement initiatives
-Use HR analytics for data-driven decisions
What We’re Looking For:
-Experience: 7+ years in HR, with at least 3 as an HR Manager or HR Lead.
-Must have experience in a tech company (international exposure preferred and hybrid teams is highly desirable)
-Skills: HR leadership, stakeholder management, HR tools, UAE & global labor laws knowledge
-Must be based in the UAE
