Job Position – HR Officer

Responsibilities:
– Manage recruitment processes, onboarding, and employee records.
– Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal policies.
– Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
– Monitor and manage payroll, attendance, and benefits administration.
Qualifications & Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably within the UAE.
– In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
– Proficient in HR operations, recruitment, payroll management, and employee relations.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
– Ability to manage HR policies and procedures effectively.
